- Once a student enrolls in a course or a franchise partner signs an agreement, cancellations may be subject to approval.
- Cancellations for educational programs must be requested within 7 days of enrollment (if applicable).
- Franchise agreements are subject to specific contractual terms and may not be eligible for cancellation after confirmation.

2. Refund Policy
For Course Enrollments:
- If a student cancels within 7 days of enrollment and has not accessed course materials, a partial refund may be issued (administration fees may apply).
